Is "Bangaru Talli" going to reduce girl child death rate lowered in Andhra?

Government is thinking about a good plan of helping parents who has given birth to girls as many of the parents after giving birth to girl children they are throwing them out or killing them with utter cruelty. They are even selling them in the market for money sake. People still prefer boys more than  girls. This makes us feel sad as we are forgetting that the person who has given us birth is a girl and our sister, wife, everybody is a girl child. Still they don't remember when they are killing girl child or selling them out like vegetables in the market. We have to feel ashamed that we are going to protect our children as government is paying us for their livelihood. Is this the real way to make a livelihood. The child who is going to take birth is coming with her livelihood then what is the need of her parents to take care of her? She can be grown up by anybody in the world. Then what is the value of parentship? Definitely we should down our heads in shame that we are taking our responsibilities because somebody is giving us an economic support to save our own children. If this is the case of a boy then they don't need any support. Where is the society going towards. What is the real need of a human being? Till date even advertisements in televisions also tell us that a boy has to prove himself in future in different departments but a girl has to dream for marriage or for her beauty. Don;'t she have a right to prove herself in any other field. Why a common man is not thinking all these things? When will the society understand that girls or women are also human beings? They also have their own self-respect. Still let us hope that the new plan from Government named Bangaru Talli protects atleast some of the girl children to an extent.....
